Ibis Brussels Centre Chatelain Hotel

Extremely friendly staff, helpful with directions and suggestions, great breakfast selection, early morning croissants, excellent water pressure.

Not one thing.

The location of this hotel was great, with easy access to key centres on bus routes. the hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with a lovely terrace at the back. I particularly enjoyed the relaxed feeling provided by the window overlooking the garden. the staff were excellent, very friendly and helpful.

I couldn't park my car in the hotel's parking area since it was too wide, so I had to park down the street. the location wasn't as central as it seemed, making it expensive to take a taxi at night without public transport.

I had a great experience staying at Ibis. The room was immaculate and the reception area was beautifully decorated. I particularly loved how close the hotel was to a dog park as we were traveling with our furry friend. The hotel staff were also very accommodating and understanding of our needs. I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, convenient location, and pet-friendly atmosphere.

As longer-term business travelers, we appreciated the hotel's convenient location for commuting to the Solbosch campus and its proximity to public transportation. The walk to the university campus through the Cambra Forest park was enjoyable and took us just 20-25 minutes. The breakfast provided high-quality breads, yoghurt, and coffee. The room on the fifth floor was bright, clean, and comfortable, making our stay pleasant overall.

Felt right at home, no complaints whatsoever.

In terms of location, the tram 94 stop is not far away on ave Louise, making it convenient to travel to the city center. The hotel is also very close to the Embassy where I had an appointment. Transportation options were easily accessible, with the closest bus stop within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were helpful and professional, providing excellent service.

The rooms were clean and had all the necessary amenities for a short stay, with a view overlooking a small park. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, making my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, ensuring there was something for everyone.
